Advanced Nano-Carbon Infrared Heating

The nano-carbon infrared heater emits far-infrared radiation heat equivalent to that of charcoal, allowing meat to be cooked from the core, locking in flavor and moisture for a delicious, plump finish.

Compared to gas or charcoal models, it significantly reduces CO2 emissions, making it an environmentally friendly, next-generation smokeless carbon roaster.

Because the food is grilled with far-infrared rays, it cooks the food juicily, and the introduction and running costs are expected to be reduced compared with those of ordinary roasters and minimizes smoke and odor by using nano-carbon infrared heaters.

This carbon heater is a new technology lamp filled with a fiber heating element that conducts electricity.

It emits a large amount of far-infrared rays and brings out the original flavor of the food. The lamps start up quickly, so there is no need to keep customers waiting.

Far-infrared rays penetrate the heat deep into the food, resulting in speedy baking. No direct flame is used, so it is safe.

The ORGAHEXA carbon fiber heater achieves similar heat with about half the power of conventional nichrome,
radiating in the 2–4 μm band that food absorbs efficiently.
